Our Why

Every month, between 1,000 and 1,500 building permits are issued in the Republic of Croatia, meaning that every working day, 50 to 75 buildings receive approval for construction.

Each of these buildings has a significant impact on our society and environment, making it crucial how they are designed and executed.

Until recently, we were surrounded by numerous illegal constructions and witnessed projects where key players in design, supervision, or construction were unqualified individuals and/or their companies. As a result, low-quality buildings emerged, failing to meet fundamental requirements such as mechanical resistance and stability (structural integrity), fire safety, accessibility, noise protection, energy efficiency, sustainability, and the health safety of residents.

We strive to be the key contributors in construction who, from the very beginning—through conceptual design, project planning, supervision, and execution within our sister company—embed expertise and quality into every residential building we design, construct, or develop.

Our goal is to transform the buildings that surround us, where we spend an average of 13 hours a day. We aim to improve the quality of residential buildings and, in doing so, directly enhance the quality of life. Safety, protection, and quality of living are our driving forces, shaping a better society—that is our why.
